Cancellation: Customers can cancel their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation fees. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be processed promptly.

Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any rescheduling fees. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate our customers’ needs to the best of our ability.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time or failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from any prepaid services or charged separately.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds for late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to deduction of cancellation fees.

Coupon Code Policy: Coupon codes, such as cosmetic tattoo codes, are only applicable for the first session of the appointment booked for the applicable month. Please ensure to apply the coupon code during the booking process for eligibility. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless stated otherwise.
